FrontPipe for Marketing Agencies

The systems we run on ourselves, installed in your agency.

Agencies have the same four leaks their clients do, with less time to fix them. We layer the internal systems we built to run FrontPipe into your shop: pipeline for the agency itself, proposals and reports that draft themselves, onboarding that runs without the account lead, and AI search visibility for you. Under your brand, for your clients, if you want it.

What we layer in
1Agency pipeline: our outbound system pointed at your ideal client
2Proposals, reporting and onboarding that run from your data
3AI search visibility: the agency the engines name
4White-label: our systems delivered to your clients under your name
The scoreboard is revenue per account lead. It should go up without the next three hires.
What caps most agencies

The founder sells, the seniors produce, and the margin pays for both.

Most agencies grow on the founder’s network and the occasional referral, while the most expensive people in the building spend their weeks assembling proposals, monthly reports and onboarding decks. Clients now ask every agency the same question (“what’s your AI plan?”) and the honest answer is usually a few subscriptions and good intentions.

Founder-sold pipeline
New business depends on the founder’s calendar. Referrals are lumpy, and there’s no dial to turn when a client churns.
Margin eaten by production
Proposals, reports, onboarding, status decks: senior people doing junior work, billed to nobody.
The AI question from clients
Every client wants an answer. Buying tools isn’t one. A system you can show, with numbers, is.
We layer our internal systems for you

Five systems. Built into your tools, run by us.

These are the systems FrontPipe runs on itself, adapted to how your agency actually works. You don’t write the spec; we learn the workflow, build into it, and keep it running.

Nº 01
Agency pipeline
FrontPipe’s six-channel outbound system pointed at your ideal client. For established agencies it runs as a Pilot with the 20-meeting guarantee; for smaller shops, the Foundations Marketing stack. Either way, new business stops depending on the founder’s inbox.
Nº 02
Proposal engine
Prospect research, benchmarks and a first-draft proposal in your format, in hours instead of days. A strategist edits and signs; nothing goes out unreviewed. The pitch that used to cost a weekend costs an afternoon.
Nº 03
Reporting and onboarding
Monthly client reports assembled from your platforms and your CRM, onboarding that collects assets and access without an account coordinator chasing them, and status updates that write themselves from the work logged.
Nº 04
Visibility for the agency
When a company asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI who to hire for marketing in your market, the shortlist is the new first page. We make sure you’re on it: facts the engines can verify, pages they can quote, and the listings they cite.
Nº 05
White-label delivery
Run our pipeline, operations and visibility systems for your clients under your brand. Your pricing, your relationship, our operators behind the scenes, with terms in writing so there’s never a question whose client it is.
The scoreboard

Revenue per account lead. Up, without the next three hires.

An agency’s margin is headcount math. We report the number that moves it every month: revenue per employee, the roles the systems absorbed, hours returned to senior people, and new business the pipeline produced.

Nº 01

Today

A $4M agency with 24 people earns about $167,000 per employee. The plan says two coordinators and an SDR this year.

Nº 02

Hire as planned

Revenue grows 15% to $4.6M; headcount goes to 27. Revenue per employee: about $170,000. The margin didn’t move.

Nº 03

Absorb the three

Proposals, reporting, onboarding and outbound run as systems. Same $4.6M, 24 people: about $192,000 per employee, and roughly $225,000 of loaded payroll that stayed in the agency.

Common questions

What agency owners ask before they start.

We sell growth systems, mostly to companies that don’t have an agency. When an agency brings us a client, that client is the agency’s; the white-label terms say so in writing, and we don’t market to your client list. If a prospect comes to us directly in a market where we’re white-labeling for you, we tell you.

Your brand, your pricing, your relationship. Our operators build and run the pipeline, operations or visibility system for your client behind the scenes, you present the results, and the margin between our rate and yours is yours. Volume pricing is quoted in writing once we know the client mix.

The internal systems (proposal engine, reporting, onboarding) follow the Foundations timeline: first workflow live in 14 days. Agency outbound under a Pilot is live in 72 hours. Visibility work shows in weeks and compounds over a quarter.

Public pricing applies: Foundations stacks from $2,500 a month ($4,500 for Complete), Pilot from $60K for 90 days with the 20-meeting guarantee. White-label is quoted on volume. Everything is month to month after the 90-day kickoff and there is no media markup.

That’s the point of building into your tools rather than beside them. The proposal engine lives where proposals already live; reports come out of the platforms the team already logs into. We run a short discovery to map the real workflow first, so adoption isn’t a fight.
